Devizes Carnival and Street Festival

Carnival in Devizes has a long history, is a vibrant mix of traditional and contemporary carnival styles, a thriving celebration and is the biggest community event in the town's calendar. With almost two weeks of festive activities it is one of the biggest outdoor celebrations in Wiltshire and includes the famous international STREET FESTIVAL and the CARNIVAL PROCESSION

Saturday 4th September at 6.00pm

The Procession is a wonderful mix of traditional and contemporary Carnival styles with lots of masqueraders and bands taking part! Music bands will include Portsmouth Batala, Bristol Samba, Bournemouth Carnival Band and Wyvern Band.
